Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic growth for Pathfinder Brands and its portfolio. In this role, you will perform comprehensive SEO audits, conduct keyword research, and optimize on-page and technical elements to improve search rankings and visibility. You will manage link-building initiatives, collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO with broader growth strategies, and monitor performance using web analytics tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data, identifying opportunities, creating action plans, and reporting on key SEO metrics to stakeholders. Qualifications SEO Strategy Develop and execute our overall SEO roadmap. Identify high-impact keyword opportunities. Increase organic traffic and revenue across multiple websites. Monitor rankings and adapt strategy based on algorithm updates. Technical SEO Conduct technical SEO audits. Improve Core Web Vitals and site performance. Optimize crawlability and indexation. Resolve duplicate content, redirects and canonical issues. Work with developers to implement technical improvements. Content Strategy+blog Build keyword clusters and topical authority. Create detailed SEO content briefs. Optimize existing pages. Identify new landing page opportunities. Scale AI-assisted content production while maintaining quality. On-Page SEO Optimize: Titles Meta descriptions Internal linking Headers Product pages Collection pages Blog articles Schema markup Link Building Develop white-hat backlink strategies. Identify partnership opportunities. Manage digital PR campaigns. Monitor backlink health. Analytics & Reporting Track: Organic traffic Rankings Revenue Conversions Click-through rates Index coverage Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Requirements 3+ years of SEO experience. Proven success growing organic traffic for e-commerce websites. Strong understanding of technical SEO. Experience with Shopify is preferred. Excellent analytical skills. Strong English communication. Comfortable working with AI tools.
