About Us: SmartSoft is a software provider for the online commerce industry based in Georgia and successfully operates internationally. The core line of the business is game and supportive software development for iGaming operators. The team of more than 165 employees carries out a complete game development cycle and distributes products worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with the company's brand and business objectives; Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly content plans to support product launches, events, partnerships, and corporate communications; Publish content across social media channels, support advertising campaigns, and optimize content performance; Monitor comments, messages and user interactions across social media channels, ensuring timely and appropriate responses when required; Manage and grow the company’s brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms; Maintain and regularly update website content, including new game releases, product pages, corporate news, and other relevant information; Plan, create, and distribute newsletters and email communications for clients, partners, and other key stakeholders; Monitor and analyze the performance of social media, website, and email communication channels; Coordinate the production of visual, video, and written content in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Brand Designers, Brand Managers, agencies, and freelancers; Continuously monitor social media trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices, and apply relevant insights to enhance digital communication efforts; Prepare regular reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), analytical insights, and opportunities for optimization and improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, digital communications or a related fields; Experience in the iGaming industry will be considered as an advantage; Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital marketing principles; Experience in creating and coordinating content in collaboration with multiple stakeholders; Experience working with email marketing and newsletter platforms; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Strong project management and organizational skills.
