International Tender & Grants Specialist Start-Business Solutions (https://startbs.com/) is a research and business consulting company that has been successfully operating in Georgia for more than 13 years. The company provides research, consulting, strategic planning, and business development services to organizations across various sectors. We are looking for an experienced professional to support our team in preparing and submitting applications for international tenders and grant opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Analyze tender and grant requirements and eligibility criteria; Prepare technical, administrative, and supporting documentation for tender and grant applications; Coordinate with internal team members and partners to collect and consolidate required information; Ensure the timely preparation and submission of applications; Communicate with donors, partners, and relevant stakeholders when required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher; At least 2–3 years of experience in preparing international tenders, grants, or project proposals; Experience working with USAID, EU, UNDP, GIZ, EBRD, World Bank, or other international donor-funded programs will be considered a strong advantage; Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; Strong analytical, research, and proposal-writing skills; Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Working Conditions: Flexible working schedule with the possibility to combine this role with other professional commitments; Remote or hybrid cooperation format by mutual agreement; Compensation is provided on a per-tender/per-proposal basis.
