We are looking for a responsible and practical production worker to assist us with workshop and production work. Initially, we offer part-time work. In case of good cooperation, permanent employment and a transition to full-time employment in the future are possible. Main responsibilities Assisting in the assembly of mechanical parts and components; Participating in the disassembly and assembly of motorcycle engines; Cleaning and preparing details for work; Performing simple mechanical and workshop work; Use of hand and power tools; Checking and sorting details; Tidying up the workplace and tools; Assisting in production and packaging processes; Performing technical tasks assigned by the supervisor. The specific tasks of the job will depend on the candidate's experience and skills. Requirements Interest in manual labor and practical work; Responsibility, accuracy and reliability; Ability to understand and follow instructions; Ability to work independently and in a team; Willingness to learn new work processes; Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays; Work with tools carefully and responsibly. Experience and education Vocational or higher education is not mandatory; A diploma or formal qualification is not required; For us, practical skills, responsibility, and a desire to work are more important than an educational document; Prior experience in a craft or technical field is preferred; Strong and motivated beginner candidates will also be considered. Experience in repairing automobiles or motorcycles; Experience in disassembling, assembling or repairing engines; Experience working in a car or motorcycle workshop; Knowledge of mechanical details and tools; Experience working with hand and power tools; Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical work; Interest in motorcycles, cars and engines.
