The Valuation Senior Consultant will support the delivery of high-quality valuation engagements across a range of industries. The role involves preparing financial analyses, developing valuation models, conducting market and industry research, and contributing to client reports and presentations. The Senior Consultant will work closely with managers and senior team members to deliver accurate, insightful, and well-supported valuation advice to clients.   Responsibilities: Apply key valuation methodologies for businesses, assets, and financial instruments. Prepare and review financial models, valuation calculations, and supporting analyses. Conduct client, industry, market, and comparable company research. Support the preparation of valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables. Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Assist in client meetings and communicate findings clearly and professionally. Contribute to proposal preparation, pitch materials, and business development initiatives.   Required skills and qualification: 3–5+ years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, transaction services, audit, or financial advisory. Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, or progress toward certification will be considered an advantage. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of valuation concepts, accounting principles, and financial statements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
