Role Description The Administrative & Client Support Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This position supports day-to-day office operations, including organising documents, managing schedules, and maintaining client records. The intern assists with client communication via email, messaging, and calls, helping answer inquiries, gather required information, and coordinate next steps for education, relocation, and travel services. Daily tasks may include preparing basic financial or service reports, updating internal databases and CRM tools, and supporting the team with research on visa, university, and travel options. The role also involves providing front-line customer service, supporting meeting logistics, and contributing to a professional, welcoming environment for clients and partners. Qualifications Basic Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with international clients. Administrative Assistance experience or aptitude, including basic document management, scheduling, and data entry. Basic understanding of Finance, such as handling invoices, expense tracking, or simple budgeting tasks. Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, and online collaboration tools). Interest in international education, relocation, or travel services; prior exposure to these domains is an advantage. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Italian or other European languages) is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi, collaborate with our team, and maintain a professional and inclusive attitude.
