Role Description The AI Consultant at Enmedic Clinic will support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions to enhance clinical workflows, diagnostics, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for AI integration, and collaborating with medical, administrative, and IT teams to translate clinical needs into practical AI use cases. The role involves evaluating AI tools and platforms, guiding data collection and quality practices, preparing documentation and training materials, and supporting staff in the adoption of new technologies. The AI Consultant will monitor performance of implemented solutions, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with ethical, regulatory, and data privacy requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. Qualifications Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including practical experience with healthcare or clinical applications. Ability to analyze clinical and operational workflows and translate them into AI use cases, solution designs, and implementation plans. Understanding of data management, data quality, and basic statistics relevant to medical and laboratory information systems. Familiarity with healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations related to AI, data privacy, and patient safety. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with physicians, nurses, administrators, and technical teams. Experience preparing user documentation, training materials, and delivering training or presentations to non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field; experience in clinical or hospital environments is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-evolving, patient-centered medical setting; proficiency in English and local language is beneficial.
