Free Spirit Tours is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Arabic-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring effective communication with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers in Arabic via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services. Assist clients with reservations and travel-related requests. Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Qualifications: Fluency in Arabic is required. Good command of English is required. Previous experience in Customer Service or a similar role is an advantage. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. High level of responsibility and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
