As a Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the club—leading the team, delivering an exceptional member experience, driving business results, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. What You’ll Do Lead the daily operations of the branch Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team Deliver exceptional customer service and member satisfaction Monitor sales performance, operational efficiency, and financial KPIs Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures Collaborate closely with the Head Office and cross-functional teams Drive branch performance and achieve business objectives What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred) 2–3 years of management experience Experience managing sales processes and achieving commercial targets Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service Results-oriented approach and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Complimentary Vortex Fitness membership Health insurance Professional development and career growth opportunities The opportunity to grow with one of Georgia’s most ambitious fitness companies A dynamic, supportive, and energetic working environment Schedule Full-time Flexible shift schedule based on a pre-agreed roster.
