Role Description The Cash Register Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. In this position, the team member is responsible for processing patient payments, issuing receipts, and accurately handling cash, card, and electronic transactions. Daily tasks include verifying billing information, reconciling cash register balances at the end of shifts, and maintaining accurate transaction records in the system. The role also involves providing courteous front-desk support, answering payment-related questions, and collaborating with administrative and financial staff to resolve discrepancies. The Cash Register Operator is expected to follow internal financial policies and procedures and uphold confidentiality and data protection standards. Schedule: 16-hour shifts, every third day Qualifications: Higher education, preferably in a medical field. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Register medical cases in the billing system in accordance with established procedures. Participate in the patient discharge process and receive medical documentation from the nursing staff. Complete the administrative closure of patient records and update the company's system accordingly. Verify the accuracy of medical documentation. Review the completeness and accuracy of financial and medical documentation. Prepare and submit reports to the manager in the required format and within the specified reporting periods.
