Technical Support Team (TST) specializes in developing web projects, including website design, development, SEO, and marketing solutions to help businesses grow their online presence. The company also provides consulting services to guide businesses in creating or redesigning websites that communicate, sell, and serve customers. Additionally, TST delivers content creation services to enhance web positioning and represent the voice of the business. We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist for a medical clinic in New York. This is a fully remote, part-time position. What We Offer:Paid training to prepare you for work in the medical field Competitive salary paid in USD Opportunity to work within an experienced team with supervisory support Chance to start a new career path in the medical field Fully remote position Training with widely used programs and applications Seven days of paid vacation annually after one year of employment Provision of hardware IP phones for connecting with US customers, as well as all necessary software (CRM, virtual fax machine, SMS service, VPN) Supportive and accessible management Equal opportunities for individuals of any age, gender, or nationality Access to self-development courses on popular platforms Ongoing technical support Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally (40 calls per shift) Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the EMR system Check and interpret insurance eligibility results using the EMR system Accurately and efficiently take and relay messages Provide excellent customer service to patients and other callers Collaborate with on-site front desk staff to ensure seamless operations Qualifications:Proficiency in English and Russian Excellent telephone communication skills High level of customer service expertise Ability to manage difficult customers effectively Previous experience working with an EMR system Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (New York time zone).
