Job Summary And Responsibilities Data Operations Specialist tags the data as Intents or Entities to improve AI’s understanding and is responsible for reviewing AI’s past conversations and reporting bugs. Lead the continued evolution of Impel’s product team by helping to establish world class product development practices and improve performance against goals and the company roadmap. Operate as a player/coach to develop, mentor, and scale the product management organization and continue to drive the adoption and use of agile best practices across the product and engineering organization. Establish a framework that allows for rapid experimentation and optimization of products and tools. Help to establish data driven product design and implementation that will drive towards our North star vision of building a virtuous cycle between the merchandising and data platform products. Define the strategy and roadmap for data and shared services platforms used by enterprise and ecosystem partners. Oversee the Client Engineering function within the organization Work with customers and partners to regularly collect feedback and drive the evolution of features against a rapid delivery timeline. Steer and prioritize the product portfolio in conjunction with strategic priorities and roadmaps. Ensure timely delivery of platform applications & features to the market Other Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced (dynamic) environment. English (Level B2 - C1). Analytical Thinking. Experience in Customer Service will be a plus.
