Our company is seeking a professional individual to join our team as a E-commerce Manager . Purpose: The E-commerce Manager is responsible for maximizing online sales performance through the Company's website by managing website analytics, conversion rate optimization, SEO, digital advertising campaigns, and overall website performance. The role focuses on increasing traffic quality, improving customer experience, and driving revenue growth through digital channels. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor website performance, traffic, online sales, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey, booking experience, and conversion rates. Analyze website and booking funnel performance, implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, and ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and commercially optimized. Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns, monitoring key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR) and managing advertising budgets to maximize return on investment. Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools, preparing regular reports with data-driven recommendations to improve website performance, digital marketing effectiveness, and online sales. Coordinate with the Company's Passenger Service System (PSS) provider and other technology partners to support website integrations, implement new features and enhancements, resolve technical issues, and ensure the continuous optimization of the online booking platform. Collaborate with the Marketing team and external partners to support promotional campaigns, new route launches, and other commercial initiatives. Monitor website functionality, identify technical issues affecting the customer experience or online sales, and recommend continuous improvements based on analytics and industry best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, website management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and website performance optimization. Experience working with Passenger Service Systems (PSS) or online booking platforms is considered an advantage. Strong analytical skills. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
