Event Execution Coordinator (Part-Time, Fixed-Term) Role Overview: We`re looking for an organized and proactive Event Execution Coordinator to help keep everything running smoothly in the months leading up to the summit. You`ll help track progress, coordinate with team members, and make sure important tasks don`t fall behind. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving projects and likes seeing plans successfully come to life. Key Responsibilities: ** Keep track of project timelines, deadlines, and ongoing tasks across different teams. ** Follow up with team members to ensure work is progressing as planned. ** Help assign and organize tasks based on project priorities. ** Identify potential delays or challenges early and communicate them to management. ** Maintain a clear overview of project progress and provide regular status updates. ** Coordinate day-to-day communication to keep everyone aligned. ** Help ensure documents, files, and project information remain organized and up to date. ** Support on-site event execution during the summit and any related company events, helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Must-Have Qualifications: ** 2+ years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, operations, or a similar role. ** Fluent Georgian and excellent written and spoken English. ** Strong organizational and time-management skills. ** Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Outlook, Slack, and other everyday collaboration tools. ** Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying detail-oriented. ** Available to work approximately 24 hours per week (3 days). ** Available to attend the event in Tbilisi and occasional in-person meetings when required. Preferred Qualifications: ** Experience coordinating conferences, business events, or corporate projects. ** Familiarity with project management platforms such as Zoho, Trello or similar tools. ** Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
