Role Description The FCL Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi, Georgia. The primary responsibilities include managing and overseeing full container load (FCL) operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and developing relationships with carriers and clients. The role involves monitoring shipments, optimizing logistics strategies, negotiating contracts with service providers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The FCL Manager will also collaborate with multiple departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications Proven expertise in logistics and freight forwarding, with a focus on FCL operations and containerized transport. Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and collaboration with carriers and clients. Familiarity with regulations and documentation requirements in land, sea, and air transport. Ability to optimize logistics workflows and develop innovative strategies for efficient service delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
