Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kvareli, responsible for overseeing all F&B operations within the property. This role involves managing daily food service activities, supervising restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, and ensuring high standards of product quality, hygiene, and guest experience. The manager will lead and schedule F&B teams, coordinate training, and support staff development to maintain consistent service levels. They will manage supplier relationships, monitor inventory, and work closely with the culinary team on menu planning, pricing, and promotions. The role also includes budgeting, cost control, reporting on F&B performance, and collaborating with other departments to support events, community-focused initiatives, and brand standards. Qualifications Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills, with experience in restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. Proven Customer Service expertise, with the ability to create welcoming, guest-centric experiences and handle feedback effectively. Experience in Training and team leadership, including coaching staff, organizing onboarding, and implementing service standards. Solid Budgeting and cost-control skills, including forecasting, P&L understanding, and inventory management. Previous experience in hotel or lifestyle hospitality environments, preferably in F&B leadership roles. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices in quality assurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multicultural teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach. Familiarity with POS systems and basic MS Office or similar software tools. Relevant hospitality or F&B management education or certification is an advantage.
