Core Mission: We are looking for an experienced leader in Georgian-Ukrainian clinic, whose primary mission is to build, manage, and strategically grow a profitable SPA & Wellness department seamlessly integrated with our clinical services (functional medicine, IV therapy, anti-aging). Our ultimate goal is to deliver an exceptional, premium client experience, drive strong unit economics, and uphold the highest standards of company reliability to attract and retain top-tier clients and professionals alike. Professional Background Required Experience: ** 7+ years of experience in the SPA, Wellness, or Luxury Hospitality industries. ** 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., SPA Director, General Manager, or CEO of a SPA). ** Preferred Experience (Not mandatory, but A Strong Plus): ** Proven success in launching a SPA project from the ground up. ** Hands-on experience in the premium/luxury segment. ** Background in medical SPAs or wellness clinics. ** Expertise in integrating SPA services with medical treatments (IV therapy, rehabilitation, anti-aging). Leadership & Managerial Competencies: ** Team Leadership: Empowering and managing a diverse team of 15-50 employees, including therapists, administrators, and cosmetologists. ** Operational Structuring: Optimizing staff schedules, maximizing treatment room occupancy, and streamlining daily operations. ** System Implementation: Establishing clear KPIs and implementing luxury-level service standards. Core Responsibilities: ** Operational Excellence: Complete oversight of the SPA zone, ensuring flawless execution of procedures, seamless booking processes, and outstanding customer service. ** Product Development: Designing a compelling SPA menu (massages, body treatments, detox, and recovery programs). ** Crafting innovative wellness packages tailored to anti-stress, sleep improvement, and holistic recovery. ** Clinical Integration: Bridging the gap between SPA and medical services (IV therapy, functional medicine, rehabilitation). ** Creating effective cross-selling pathways (Clinic Patient -> SPA, and SPA Client -> Clinic). Finance & Efficiency: ** Strategic control over revenue streams and procedure costs. ** Driving unit economics, managing service margins, and consistently optimizing occupancy rates. Business Acumen: ** Deep understanding of Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and average transaction value. ** Proven track record in developing successful upselling and cross-selling strategies. ** Strategic approach to pricing and creating highly appealing service packages. Industry Expertise (SPA & Wellness): ** Mastery of SPA protocols, including various massage techniques, body treatments, and hydrotherapy. ** In-depth knowledge of core wellness trends (detox, stress management, recovery). ** Strong understanding of anti-aging concepts and holistic health approaches. Additional Advantages (For Longevity Clinic Level Projects): ** Familiarity with IV therapy, biohacking, and nutraceuticals. ** Expertise in post-travel/stress recovery programs and a deep understanding of creating a true luxury wellness experience. Communication & Local Requirements Languages: ** English - B2-C1 level; ** Russian - Professional working proficiency; ** Ukrainian - not mandatory, but a plus. ** Solid experience engaging with international clients, expats, and the medical tourism sector.
