Instagram Customer Support Specialist

We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic English-speaking Instagram Customer Service Manager to join our rapidly growing British Instagram Marketing Agency. We work with international businesses and influencers to help them build a strong online presence, and we want you to be part of that journey. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients through emails, calls, and video conferences. Provide expert advice to clients on improving their Instagram content and strategy. Assist clients with their Instagram marketing campaigns, ensuring they achieve their growth goals. Ensure timely payment for services from assigned clients. Collaborate with different departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact clients. Engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services by setting up and leading insightful Google Meet calls to discuss their needs and showcase our solutions. Share best practices with team members to improve overall process efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2 level). Previous experience in customer service or sales. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade. International experience (preferred). Passion for social media and familiarity with Instagram trends (preferred). Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. What We Offer: Competitive salary: $1000 ($700 base + performance-based bonuses, with an average bonus of $300 and potential to earn more). Full-time role: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 10:00-18:00 and 14:00-22:00 (including an 80-minute break). Flexible work options: 2 remote workdays per month.
