Indigo Cars is currently seeking an International Markets Marketing Specialist to join its team in Tbilisi. Working Hourd and Compensation Work format: Office-based Working days: Monday to Friday Working hours: 10:00-19:00 Compensation: Based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications Key Responsibilities International marketing planning: Collaborate with the CMO to plan marketing strategies and activities for international markets. Market and competitor analysis: Research target markets, customer behaviour, and competitor activities, and prepare actionable insights and recommendations. International social media management: Manage the company’s international social media pages and develop and oversee monthly content calendars tailored to each target market. Content creation and AI tools: Use Generative AI tools to create and adapt social media copy, advertising content, and video scripts. External partner management: Prepare briefs for advertising agencies and monitor campaign quality, deadlines, and performance. Internal team coordination: Work closely with the local Content/SMM Specialist, videographer, and other internal teams to create marketing materials for international audiences. Influencer marketing: When required, communicate and coordinate with international influencers, content creators, and business partners. Digital campaigns and analytics: Monitor digital advertising campaigns, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare periodic performance reports. Qualification Requirements Higher education; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Public Relations will be considered an advantage. At least two years of professional experience in marketing or digital marketing. SMM and content: Experience in social media management, content calendar development, and adapting copy for different audiences. Market research: Ability to analyse markets and competitors and draw relevant conclusions based on collected data. AI tools: Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms for content creation and workflow optimisation. Agency collaboration: Experience working effectively with advertising agencies and external contractors, including preparing clear and comprehensive briefs. Language Requirements Georgian - Full professional proficiency English - B2 level Russian - B2 level The Following will be considered an Advantage Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Experience creating or localising content for international markets. Experience collaborating with international influencers and content creators. Professional experience in the automotive, transportation, logistics, or import industry. Personal Competencies Strong analytical and research skills. A high level of responsibility, organisation, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple international projects and assignments simultaneously. Proactive approach and a strong interest in learning and adopting new technologies, including AI tools. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
