About the Role: Basisbank is seeking an Investor Relations Officer to join its Capital Markets & Investor Relations team. The role is designed for a motivated finance professional who will support the Bank’s investor communication, reporting, disclosure, and stakeholder engagement activities. The position offers exposure to investors, international financial institutions, rating agencies, market participants and senior management, and provides an opportunity to contribute to the development of a newly formed and fast-evolving function within the Bank. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update quarterly investor presentations, investor reports, press releases, management updates and other investor-related materials. Support regular communication with investors, bondholders, rating agencies, international financial institutions and market participants. Prepare, draft and finalize the Bank’s annual and semi-annual reports, ensuring effective coordination of internal inputs and consistent presentation of financial and non-financial information. Maintain and regularly update the Bank’s Investor Relations webpage and related public disclosure materials. Prepare ad hoc reports, presentations and briefing materials for management, the Supervisory Board, investors and partner institutions. Support capital markets, funding and investor engagement initiatives of the Bank, including preparation of materials for meetings, roadshows and due diligence processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in investor relations, financial reporting, capital markets, corporate finance, audit, consulting or related fields. Experience in the banking or financial sector will be considered an advantage. Good understanding of financial statements, banking indicators and key performance metrics. Basic knowledge of financial instruments, including bonds, and capital instruments. Strong writing, analytical and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written English. Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. High attention to detail, accuracy and consistency. Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage several workstreams in parallel.
