Job Title: Junior Lawyer Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our management and legal professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience while supporting the company’s daily legal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to develop their skills in corporate and civil law within a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in representing the company and protecting its interests before state authorities, private institutions, and in court. Support the drafting, review, and analysis of various legal documents, including English-language international trade agreements, freight/logistics contracts, and import/export documentation. Help prepare corporate founding documents (charters, meeting minutes, partners' resolutions) and assist with registration procedures at the relevant state registries. Participate in preparing case materials for litigation and enforcement proceedings under the guidance of senior team members. Conduct legal research on case law and relevant statutory regulations to support the company's legal stance. Assist in identifying potential legal risks and compiling reports for the management team. Help gather and prepare documentation required to obtain necessary permits, licenses, or other operational rights. Draft and review standard corporate correspondence. Manage the proper recording, organization, and archiving of legal documentation. Provide basic legal support to various departments and branches within the company. Monitor legislative changes and assist in keeping the management and relevant structural units informed. Requirements & Qualifications Higher Education in Law (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). Minimum of 1-2 year of practical work experience in a legal role (focusing on Civil and/or Administrative Law). Solid knowledge of Georgian legislation. Successful completion of the Georgian Bar Exam (Civil/Administrative specialization) and membership in the Georgian Bar Association (GBA) is considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with Georgian State Services programs/portals (user level). Proficiency in computer and standard office software. Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage. Personal Skills & Competencies High sense of responsibility and integrity.
