This team advises public and private companies, as well as senior executives and management teams, on a broad range of employment law matters including restrictive covenants, employment litigation, executive compensation and employment issues arising in corporate transactions. The role offers a blend of litigation, counselling and transactional work within a highly regarded national platform. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in employment and commercial litigation matters Conduct legal research, fact development and deposition preparation Draft motions, briefs and written discovery responses Manage discovery disputes and support litigation strategy Review and draft employment agreements and restrictive covenant provisions Support employment-related due diligence in corporate transactions Advise management teams on employment compliance and workplace matters Who You Are 3–7 years of commercial and/or employment litigation experience Experience reviewing or drafting employment-related agreements is advantageous Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognised law school Am Law 100 experience strongly preferred Excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills Strong project management and organisational abilities Admitted to practice in Georgia or eligible to waive into the Georgia Bar Compensation Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, professional development programming, mentorship opportunities and a clearly defined path to partnership Interested?
