We're announcing an opening for Marketing Executive/Content Specialist for Contact Web in Tbilisi. About Company Contact Web is a fast-growing UK-based customer experience and business solutions company.. They partner with businesses to deliver innovative outsourcing, technology, and AI-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational performance. About Role - Duties Manage and schedule social media activity across LinkedIn and other platforms Create engaging written and visual content Support company brand awareness campaigns Assist with website and digital content updates Build professional sales packs and presentations Support proposal and RFP formatting and production Assist with client-facing collateral and case studies Work closely with senior leadership on campaign support Create marketing materials using Canva, PowerPoint and AI-enabled tools Support video, graphics and presentation content where required Help maintain consistency of brand and messaging Coordinate marketing activity and timelines Support internal communications and events Maintain organized marketing assets and documents Assist with reporting and campaign tracking Additional Information Location: Tbilisi Business Week Schedule: 5 business days, 10:00-18:00 Required Criteria 2 years of working experience as Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager or Account Manager; Experience using Canva or similar design tools; Fluent in Englishm (B2/C1/C2) Desirable: Experience with LinkedIn marketing; Exposure to proposal/RFP support; Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI or similar; Basic understanding of CRM or email marketing platforms.
