For more information about us, please visit our website at: http://www.irdeng.com IRD Engineering has been working in Georgia for more than ten years, mainly in the field of transport infrastructure, currently active on several IFI-financed road supervision contracts. We are aiming to strengthen our local team by incorporating a full-time, permanent Project Coordinator , based in Tbilisi, to directly support the Project Director in the day-to-day management of the local portfolio. The selected candidate will work within the Project Management Unit, reporting directly to the Project Director, and will play an important role in: ** Day-to-day coordination of project management activities across the current portfolio of road infrastructure contracts; ** Financial management at project level, including budget monitoring, invoicing, and support to IFI disbursement processes; ** Quality assurance during project implementation; ** Support to the management and coordination of project teams; ** Monitoring compliance with local and IFI/FIDIC requirements, including contractual notifications and reporting deadlines; ** Preparation of reporting to Donors/IFIs/Beneficiaries; ** Effective and constructive liaison with all involved stakeholders, working in close collaboration with the Project Director. The ideal candidate must fulfil the following requirements: ** Degree in Civil/Transport Engineering, preferably; ** At least 5-7 years of experience in the implementation of consultancy and engineering projects financed by IFIs, such as the EU, ADB, WB, EIB, AIIB, EDB, or EBRD; ** Solid understanding of project management procedures for EU/IFI-funded service contracts; ** Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions will be an asset; ** Practical experience in project-level financial management (budget monitoring, invoicing, disbursement support); ** Good professional command of IT tools (MS Office, MS Project, Internet, Outlook); ** Fully fluent in Georgian and English (native, bilingual, or advanced certification level); ** Organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working within a structured team with direct reporting to a senior manager; ** Good interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative attitude, and ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse, multi-disciplinary environment; ** Well-mannered, with proper work conduct, proactive and dedicated to achieving work tasks IRD offers a competitive package and all the benefits derived from working in a young and dynamic, multidisciplinary, and multinational consultancy.
