About the Role This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at A Hiring Group. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring office-based and non-technical professionals. They will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage, while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to align on job requirements and deliver top-quality talent. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer extensions. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions. Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Conduct phone/video screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company in recruitment-related events. Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication with candidates. Keep up to date with recruitment trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in recruitment or HR (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ATS or HRIS systems. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
