The firm is committed to building investment value and long-term trust with its clients and partners. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. The Job Title will support Arkan Property’s real estate development and investment activities by coordinating project-related tasks, preparing documentation, and assisting with market and property research. Responsibilities may include collecting and organizing data on properties and markets, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as development, sales, and investment to ensure smooth project execution and timely communication. The Job Title may also support client-facing activities, including basic investor inquiries and follow-ups, under the guidance of senior team members. Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills to support market studies, property evaluations, and investment assessments. Proficiency in written and verbal communication for preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation. Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. Basic understanding of real estate development, investment concepts, or related business fields. Comfort with productivity tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or project management systems). Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to Arkan Property’s markets is an advantage. Prior experience or internships in real estate, investment, or project coordination are beneficial but not mandatory.
