Role Description The School Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Tbilisi. The Principal oversees daily school operations, ensuring that Montessori principles and the school’s holistic development mission are consistently reflected in classroom practices and school culture. Key responsibilities include supervising and supporting teaching staff, guiding curriculum implementation, managing schedules, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The Principal works closely with families, addressing concerns, sharing student progress, and fostering strong school–home partnerships. This role also involves coordinating middle school programs, monitoring academic and developmental outcomes, managing admissions-related activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant educational standards and policies. Qualifications Strong Educational Leadership skills, including team management, mentoring educators, and setting a positive, student-centered school culture. Experience with Curriculum Development and implementing Montessori or learner-centered education models. Excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, families, staff, and external partners. Background in Middle School education and understanding of developmental needs of adolescents. Relevant degree in Education or a closely related field; advanced qualifications or Montessori certification are an advantage. Proven ability to manage school operations, including scheduling, budgeting oversight, and compliance with local educational regulations. Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and nurturing diverse learning communities. Fluency in English and in Georgian
