Galt & Taggart is hiring a Senior Analyst Advisory Unit Are you passionate about finance, strategic thinking, and deal-making? Join Galt & Taggart’s fast-paced Advisory team , where you’ll be at the forefront of M&A transactions and strategic consulting for top-tier clients. What You'll Do Financial Analysis Conduct deep-dive financial analysis on companies across sectors. Build and manage financial models, perform valuations, and develop scenarios. Interpret financial statements, market trends, and macro indicators to assess investment opportunities. Deal Execution Support end-to-end execution of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other financial transactions. Prepare key transaction documents like information memorandums, pitch decks, and models. Client Engagement Build strong, long-term relationships with clients. Take an active role in client meetings and presentations, helping drive strategic decision-making. Team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft client-focused solutions. Mentor and support junior team members, helping them grow and thrive. Education What You Bring A university degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. CFA qualification is a plus. Experience Previous experience in finance (investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields) Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Logical, yet creative approach to strategy and modeling. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Excellent communication and writing skills — you can turn complex analysis into clear insight. Confident in creating and delivering high-impact presentations. Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-moving environment. Collaborative team player. Languages Fluent in Georgian and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
