Job description

The Marketing System Integrations Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of system integrations that support global marketing operations initiatives. This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role, with end-to-end ownership of building, maintaining, and optimizing integrations to ensure reliable, scalable data flows across platforms. The specialist monitors and resolves integration issues independently, without reliance on a separate development team. In support of global marketing operations, this role designs and operates cross-system workflows that enable marketing execution, candidate engagement, and lead lifecycle processes at scale. The team operates at the intersection of marketing, data, and internal platforms, ensuring consistent automation, data integrity, and operational efficiency across multiple business streams. As core integrations mature, the role may provide limited advisory support on extending proven integration patterns to the Lead Generation stream, while maintaining primary ownership and accountability for the team's core initiatives. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain system integrations supporting Global Marketing Operations initiatives Personally build and support event-driven integration flows (e.g., webhooks, asynchronous processing) Ensure reliable and consistent data synchronization across interconnected systems Own integrations end to end, from initial design through production support and troubleshooting Monitor integration health, identify failures or data inconsistencies, and resolve issues proactively Maintain and evolve integration logic as business processes and requirements change Collaborate with product, operations, and technical stakeholders to align integration behavior with business needs Document integration flows, assumptions, and operational guidelines to ensure long-term maintainability Apply best practices for stability, scalability, and error handling in integration design Provide limited advisory input on applying established integration patterns to adjacent streams when needed Requirements 3+ years of experience designing and implementing system integrations in production environments Strong understanding of event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns Hands-on experience building, operating, and troubleshooting integration flows end to end Solid knowledge of APIs, data synchronization concepts, and cross-system data consistency Experience owning integrations in production, including monitoring, incident response, and ongoing improvements Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and without a dedicated development team Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex integration and data flow issues Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable integration behavior Ability to document integration logic and operational processes clearly for long-term maintainability Nice to have Marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) Internal business systems and data platforms Event-driven and webhook-based integration patterns Cloud-based integration backends and managed services RESTful APIs and asynchronous processing flows We offer We connect like-minded people Delivering innovative solutions to industry leaders, making a global impact Corporate and social events Enjoyable working environment We invest in your growth Leadership development, career advising, soft skills and well-being programs Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning and Udemy Free English classes with certified teachers We cover it all Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Comprehensive medical & family care package Five trust days per year (sick leave without a medical certificate) Benefits package (sports activities, a variety of stores and services) EPAM Georgia is a team of innovators united by a passion for technology.
