We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the Core Product Domain of our crypto technology platform. This domain includes on-ramp and off-ramp flows, blockchain send and withdrawal functionality, transaction processing, user balances, operational controls, and integrations with internal and external financial and crypto infrastructure. This is a senior ownership role for someone who understands both financial products and crypto transaction flows. The ideal candidate has experience working in a crypto company on similar products, but strong experience in financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or regulated financial platforms is required. The Senior Product Owner will work closely with engineering, compliance, operations, security, finance, customer support, and business stakeholders to define product direction, prioritize delivery, and ensure the domain is scalable, reliable, compliant, and commercially effective. Key Responsibilities: Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Core Crypto Domain, including on/off ramp and blockchain send/withdrawal functionality. Lead product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, and delivery for crypto transaction flows, fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat processes, wallet operations, withdrawals, deposits, and related back-office capabilities. Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical product specifications. Collaborate with compliance, risk, AML, legal, and operations teams to ensure product flows meet regulatory, KYC/KYT, transaction monitoring, and audit requirements. Define and optimize user and operational journeys for crypto deposits, withdrawals, blockchain transfers, fiat payments, approvals, manual reviews, failed transactions, refunds, limits, and exceptions. Own product decisions related to transaction statuses, limits, fees, blockchain confirmations, withdrawal rules, user notifications, reconciliation, and operational controls. Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable and secure product solutions for blockchain integrations, payment provider integrations, custody/wallet providers, liquidity providers, and internal ledger systems. Prioritize product backlog based on business value, regulatory needs, risk impact, customer experience, and engineering capacity. Analyze product performance using data, operational metrics, incident reports, customer feedback, and business KPIs. Work with customer support and operations teams to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and build effective admin/back-office tools. Lead cross-functional delivery of new features, improvements, regulatory changes, and production issue resolutions. Maintain clear documentation of product requirements, business rules, workflows, and edge cases. Act as the main product decision-maker for the Core Domain and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and engineering teams. Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role. Mandatory experience working in financial services, fintech, banking, payments, card processing, digital wallets, money movement, remittance, trading, or another regulated financial environment. Strong understanding of financial product flows, including transaction processing, payment operations, limits, fees, reconciliation, refunds, settlements, and compliance-related controls. Experience working with technical teams in an agile software development environment. Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules. Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, backend services, databases, event-driven flows, and operational tooling. Experience working with compliance, risk, AML, operations, and customer support teams. Strong analytical skills and ability to make product decisions based on data, business impact, customer experience, and risk. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage complex domains, competing priorities, and high-impact production-sensitive functionality. Preferred Experience: Experience working in a crypto company, especially in products related to on-ramp, off-ramp, crypto deposits, withdrawals, blockchain transfers, wallets, custody, exchanges, OTC, or payment gateway functionality. Understanding of blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain, Polygon, Bitcoin, or TON. Experience with blockchain transaction lifecycle, confirmations, gas/network fees, wallet addresses, memos/tags, failed transactions, stuck transactions, and withdrawal approvals. Experience with crypto compliance tools, KYT, AML monitoring, Travel Rule, sanctions screening, or blockchain analytics providers. Experience with custody providers, liquidity providers, payment service providers, banking integrations, or card/payment rails. Experience building back-office tools for transaction monitoring, manual approval, operational review, reconciliation, and exception handling. Key Skills: Product ownership and roadmap management Financial product knowledge Crypto transaction flow understanding Requirements analysis Stakeholder management Agile delivery Backlog prioritization Operational process design Risk and compliance awareness Data-driven decision-making Technical communication Problem-solving under pressure
