Key Responsibilities: ** Manage and oversee the Company`s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms. ** Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Company`s marketing objectives. ** Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars and publishing schedules. ** Create compelling copy, captions, stories, and other social media content consistent with the Company`s brand voice and communication strategy. ** Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and internal teams to produce high-quality digital content. ** Capture and edit short-form mobile video content for social media platforms. ** Continuously monitor social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. ** Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign performance, and prepare regular performance reports. ** Ensure consistency of the Company`s brand identity, messaging, and visual style across all communication channels. Qualifications: ** Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. ** Proven experience in social media management and content creation. ** Basic experience in shooting and editing short-form mobile videos. ** Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms and their algorithms. ** Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize content performance. ** Excellent copywriting and written communication skills in both Georgian and English. ** Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. ** High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. ** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
