Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Spanish Teacher role based in Tbilisi. The Spanish Teacher will conduct engaging group and individual lessons, using communicative and learner-centered approaches to develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, delivering classes at different proficiency levels, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Collaboration with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall quality of instruction is expected. Qualifications Strong command of Spanish (near-native or native proficiency) and the ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, and cultural aspects clearly. Relevant teaching certification, degree in Spanish, Education, or related field is preferred. Experience teaching in a language school or similar educational setting is an advantage. Ability to create an inclusive, motivating classroom environment and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. Good organizational and communication skills, punctuality, and reliability for on-site teaching in Tbilisi.
