Studio Manager

Key Responsibilities • Oversee the studio's day-to-day administrative and operational activities • Manage documentation, procurement, inventory, equipment, and facility operations • Coordinate and monitor projects, timelines, and reporting when required • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and administrative processes • Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, vendors, and partners • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and internal procedures Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field • Organizational and time-management skills • High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and attention to detail, maintaining efficiency and confidentiality at all times • Good communication and coordination abilities • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment • Knowledge of administrative and office management processes is preferred, but not required • English language proficiency at B2/C1 level Position: Full-time Workplace: On-site (Office) In order to apply for the position, fill out the following link: https://wkf.ms/4e3QHsO
