Supply Chain & Regulatory Coordinator
Job description
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Education * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field. Professional Experience * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export operations, or regulatory affairs, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. * Experience in international procurement, customs documentation, and coordination of global shipments. * Experience in maintaining technical and regulatory documentation (MDR/CE, ISO 13485, FDA or equivalent) is considered an advantage. * Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Skills * Strong organizational and project coordination skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * High attention to detail and accuracy in document management. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently as well as within an international team. Language Requirements * Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory. * Fluent Russian (written and spoken) – mandatory. * Knowledge of Georgian and/or German will be considered an advantage. Additional Requirements * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Experience with ERP, CRM, or logistics management software is preferred. * Knowledge of international trade procedures (Incoterms), import/export regulations, and customs processes. * Willingness to occasionally travel for business meetings, supplier visits, and exhibitions.
