Training & Development Manager

📢 We’re Hiring: Training & Development Manager We are looking for an experienced Training & Development Manager with a strong background in manufacturing HR, employee development, and technical recruitment. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing workforce competencies, supporting production departments, and ensuring the Company has a qualified, skilled, and continuously developing workforce. 📌 Key Responsibilities: · Analyze training and competency needs across manufacturing departments in cooperation with production managers. · Develop and implement annual training and development plans for production personnel. · Organize onboarding, technical, safety, quality, leadership, and skills development programs. · Build and maintain competency matrices for production positions and participate in competency assessment and certification. · Identify competency gaps and implement targeted development plans to improve workforce capability. · Monitor employee qualifications, mandatory certifications, licenses, permits, and training compliance. · Coordinate internal trainers and external training providers; organize technical and vocational training programs. · Establish partnerships with vocational schools, technical colleges, universities, and government employment agencies (TVET/EMIS). · Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and business performance indicators and recommend continuous improvements. · Maintain training records, qualification databases, competency matrices, and statutory documentation. · Support the implementation and administration of digital learning and e-learning solutions. · Recruit skilled production personnel, technicians, engineers, and blue-collar employees. · Publish vacancies, screen CVs, conduct interviews, coordinate trade testing, and support candidate assessment. · Build talent pipelines for critical manufacturing positions and maintain relationships with vocational institutions, recruitment agencies, and employment centers. · Prepare and update job descriptions, competency profiles, and qualification requirements for manufacturing roles. 🔹 Key Competencies: · Higher education (preferably in a technical or management field) · 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Recruitment, or HR within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry environment. · Proven experience organizing technical and mandatory training programs for blue-collar employees, technicians, and engineers · Experience developing competency frameworks, competency matrices, and qualification assessment processes. · Fluent Georgian (mandatory). Russian is required.
