PLEX is looking for a Branch Operations Specialist to join our team in Tbilisi. As the face of PLEX, you`ll assist customers with cryptocurrency exchange transactions, deliver a premium customer experience, and ensure every operation is completed accurately and in full compliance with industry standards. Position Details: ** Part-time ** Monday-Friday on a rotating schedule ** Daily working hours vary according to the shift schedule ** Salary: 800 GEL/month ** Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as PLEX continues to expand. What You`ll Do ** Assist customers with cryptocurrency buying and selling transactions ** Receive and process cash payments accurately ** Perform customer identification (KYC) and follow AML procedures ** Record transactions in the company`s internal systems ** Explain PLEX services and answer customer questions ** Deliver a friendly, professional, and premium customer experience ** Maintain accurate documentation and operational records ** Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily branch operations We`re Looking For Someone Who ** Is responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented ** Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills ** Is comfortable working with cash and financial transactions ** Learns quickly and adapts to new systems ** Stays organized and professional under pressure ** Has an interest in cryptocurrency or fintech (experience is a plus—we`ll provide training) Language Requirements: ** Georgian — Fluent ** English OR Russian — Good spoken proficiency is required, as you`ll be serving customers and communicating with clients in at least one of these languages. ** Additional languages are a plus.
