Work Format: Fully Remote Market: United States Schedule ** Working Days: Monday-Friday ** Working Hours: 05:00 PM-03:00 AM (TBILISI TIME) ** Days Off: Saturday & Sunday Compensation: 1200 GEL + Monthly Performance Bonus About Dream Cleaning Dream Cleaning is a fast-growing professional cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across the United States. We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and results-driven *Sales & Operations Manager* who will play a key role in both managing our daily operations and driving business growth through sales and customer relationship management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, closing sales, solving problems, and helping a growing company reach the next level. Key Responsibilities Operations ** Answer inbound and outbound phone calls. ** Communicate with customers in English and Georgian via phone, email, and WhatsApp. ** Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments. ** Manage cleaners` daily schedules. ** Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system. ** Organize daily operations using Google Calendar and internal systems. ** Follow up with customers before and after appointments. ** Handle daily administrative tasks efficiently. Sales & Business Development ** Generate new business opportunities and help grow company revenue. ** Communicate with residential and commercial clients. ** Convert incoming leads into booked appointments. ** Prepare and send estimates and quotes. ** Manage leads through the CRM pipeline until the sale is closed. ** Conduct follow-ups to increase booking conversion. ** Upsell additional services to existing customers. ** Identify new partnership and business development opportunities. ** Suggest ideas and strategies to improve sales performance. Marketing ** Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media. ** Manage and maintain the company`s online profiles, including Google Business, Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack, and other business directories. Requirements ** English proficiency at *C1 level or higher* (spoken and written). ** Strong sales and negotiation skills. ** Excellent communication and customer service abilities. ** Strong organizational and time management skills. ** Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ** Self-motivated and able to work independently. ** Strong problem-solving skills. ** Results-oriented mindset. ** Reliable high-speed internet connection. ** Personal computer or laptop. ** Quality headset with microphone. ** Quiet and professional work environment. Preferred Qualifications ** Experience in Customer Service. ** Sales experience. ** Experience working with U.S. customers. ** B2B sales experience. ** Experience using CRM systems. ** Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets). ** Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT. ** Previous experience in the cleaning, home services, or online sales industry is a plus.
