For more information, visit www.chirina.ge Head of Technical Services Main Responsibilities Maintain and archive technical diagrams and equipment schematics, and plan and coordinate the work required for each production facility based on these documents. Ensure the proper maintenance, storage, operation, and management of tools, machinery, and equipment. Ensure that all required materials are ordered promptly. Report technical malfunctions and other issues to the appropriate department manager in a timely manner. Monitor equipment calibration schedules and ensure that calibration is completed on time. Closely monitor employees’ performance and the quality of completed work. Manage the facility’s electrical, water-supply, sewage, and mechanical systems. Supervise the quality of work performed by the technical team, electricians, and water-production team. Ensure coordinated, uninterrupted, and efficient cooperation between the facility’s technical departments. Requirements University degree in engineering or a related technical field. At least five years of professional experience in a technical role. At least three years of experience in a managerial position. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications. Knowledge of English and Russian.
