JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Uniform Specialist who will own and manage the full lifecycle of our uniform program from receiving and registering items to allocation, inventory control, maintenance, and write-off ensuring accurate stock records and operational readiness across all teams and studio locations. Ensure all employees, training groups, and gaming tables are consistently supplied with the correct uniforms in line with client specifications. Maintain high appearance standards for our live casino teams: Game Presenters, Shufflers, and support staff, ensuring a professional, brand-aligned on camera image while balancing comfort and functionality. Act as the main point of contact for all uniform related matters, collaborating closely with suppliers, HR and Operations to ensure seamless processes, compliance with standards and an excellent employee experience. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years of experience in wardrobe management, uniform coordination, inventory management, fashion logistics, procurement support, or a similar role. Experience in the hospitality, broadcast, television, or live entertainment industry is considered an advantage. Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, and uniform lifecycle processes, with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. Solid knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, textile care, laundry and dry-cleaning processes, and overall clothing maintenance. Hands-on experience with inventory management systems for tracking and reporting stock. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, training groups, venues, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Operations, Procurement, suppliers, and external service providers. Strong analytical and numerical skills, including stock reconciliation, inventory reporting, and calculating uniform-related payroll deductions where applicable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment with shifting priorities and business needs. Basic understanding of live casino or iGaming operations is considered an advantage. Professional working proficiency in English and native proficiency in Georgian. Willingness to travel to supplier facilities when required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full lifecycle of the company’s uniform inventory, including receiving, registering, storing, issuing, maintaining, and writing off uniforms and accessories. Receive and inspect new uniform deliveries, accurately record all items in the uniform management system, and organize stock by category and condition. Maintain precise inventory records, perform continuous stock control, and prepare monthly inventory reports. Coordinate the daily distribution and collection of uniforms for studio employees, ensuring timely availability for all shifts, training groups, gaming tables, and venues. Issue uniforms to new hires and trainees in close collaboration with the Academy and onboarding teams. Ensure all uniforms are clean, pressed, repaired, and in excellent condition before each shift, maintaining 100% readiness. Coordinate laundry, dry-cleaning, repairs, alterations, and replacements with external service providers while monitoring service quality. Sort returned uniforms and determine appropriate handling: return to active stock, transfer to spare stock, or write off. Recover uniforms from departing employees, calculate any outstanding uniform-related costs when applicable, and coordinate payroll deductions with HR. Monitor the condition of uniforms and accessories through regular inspections and approve write-offs for items no longer fit for use. Ensure all studio personnel—including Game Presenters, Shufflers, and support staff—comply with company appearance standards and client-specific uniform requirements. Verify that uniforms meet on-camera and studio production requirements, including comfort, functionality, and compatibility with lighting and filming conditions. Coordinate uniform requirements for new game launches, new studio or hall openings, and operational changes, ensuring alignment with client specifications. Prepare and manage special uniforms and accessories for seasonal campaigns, holidays, themed events, and promotional activities. Maintain emergency uniform supplies, including spare garments, sewing kits, stain removers, and other essential items. Collaborate with Procurement to forecast demand and order new uniforms, accessories, and replacement stock. Act as the primary liaison with uniform suppliers, including visiting manufacturing facilities when necessary to address quality issues, update specifications, and coordinate product improvements. Attend brand and appearance guideline training sessions to ensure uniform standards remain aligned with company and client expectations. Work closely with HR, Operations, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure efficient uniform management and an excellent employee experience.
